Jungle Justice: Woman Kidnapper set ablaze in Lagos
The woman pictured above was accused of attempting to to kidnap the
primary school pupils in the Ekoro area of Abule-Egba, Lagos yesterday
May 6th. Eye-witnesses claim the woman stopped the kids, who were aged
7-10 years as they were going to school, and asked to take them to
school. Then a female hawker in the area, suspecting the
woman was up to no good, alerted others in the area who then surrounded
the woman and started asking her questions. They say the woman they were
her children but couldn’t give their names and the direction she was
taking them wasn’t where their school was…plus the children said they
didn’t know her and before anyone could stop it, they descended on the
woman. Beating her to a stupor and then setting her ablaze.
At
this point, you think the press and blogs are doing enough to educate
and sensitize Nigerians on how things are done in a manner that won’t
threaten the. How can people take laws in their hands to this extent. We
all cried out when Aluu boys were innocently murdered but it seems we
haven’t learned our lessons yet. The truth is everyone who contributed
to the above killing are murderers and it’s high time government start
giving them jail time. Nigerians should stop been foolish, wicked and
lawless, if she was really guilty as claimed, what stops them from
calling the police.
